What is a Business Score and how is it calculated?

The ReviewDock Business Score is a 0 to 100 rating of your online reputation health. It accounts for unanswered reviews, missing listing information, review freshness and your rating across connected platforms, and turns each gap into a task with the points fixing it earns.

One number, and a short list of what moves it

Most dashboards show you twelve charts and no next action. This shows you one number and the three things to do about it.

Every listing, one score

Google, Zomato, Justdial and the rest roll into a single 0-100 figure, so you are watching one number instead of remembering to open six sites.

Tasks carry their own value

Each task shows the points completing it earns, so you start with the one that actually moves the number rather than the one that looks easiest.

Your own words, counted

The keywords your reviewers use most are pulled out and ranked — useful for your Google description, and a quiet early warning when 'waiting time' starts climbing.

Business Score

What the score is made of

Unanswered reviews, missing listing information, how fresh your reviews are, and your rating across every connected platform. Fix any of those and the number moves.

  • Score from 0 to 100, recalculated as your listings change
  • Pending replies, missing info and stale listings all surfaced
  • Every task shows the points it earns, so you can start with the biggest
  • Top local keywords pulled from your own reviews

Business Score — questions

What is a good Business Score?

Anything above 80 means your listings are in good shape. Most businesses start in the 50s or 60s, usually because of unanswered reviews and incomplete profile information.

How often does the score update?

It recalculates as new reviews arrive and as you complete tasks, and you get the current number in the daily 9am WhatsApp report.
