Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Your customers chat with your AI assistant through a simple link, and you run everything from WhatsApp or any browser. Nobody installs anything.
How do you connect my Google reviews?
Search your business name inside ReviewDock and tap your listing. Reviews start importing immediately — no technical setup and no Place IDs.
Can I install ReviewDock as an app?
Yes. ReviewDock is a PWA, so you can install it on Android or iPhone straight from the browser without going through an app store.

Which languages does the AI speak?
English, Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu — for review replies, social posts and the WhatsApp bot.
Review platforms
What about Zomato, Swiggy and Justdial?
Paste your listing link once and ReviewDock tracks your rating and review count there automatically, alongside Google. Where the platform makes review text public, we read that too.

Does the AI post replies without me seeing them?
Only if you want it to. By default every reply is drafted for you and posted once you approve it — three taps on WhatsApp.
Which business categories are supported?
Twenty-three, from restaurants and clinics to kirana stores, salons, coaching centres and jewellery shops. You pick yours at sign-up and the AI adjusts its tone accordingly.

Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, every feature, no credit card. If it does not earn its fee back in saved time and new customers, walk away.
How much does ReviewDock cost?
Plans start at Rs 999 per business per month for Starter, Rs 2,499 for Growth, Rs 4,999 for Business and Rs 9,999 for Agency. All prices are per business, per month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and nothing to uninstall — cancel from the dashboard and billing stops at the end of the period.
Privacy and data
Who can see my review data?
Only you and anyone you invite to your account. ReviewDock reads publicly available listing data and your own connected profiles, and does not sell or share it.
